Poured into a BrewDog snifter.

A: Body is very dark, more than expected for a milk stout, showcasing a dense and rich deep brown head with minor retention.
S: Aromas are incredible as this resembles a lot like an Imperial Stout, though it's only a milk stout barrel aged. The spirits are there, the chocolate is there, the roastiness of the malts is there. It's quite good.
T: Taste-wise, this is an explosion of taste like, say, a barrel aged Russian Imperial Stout showcasing everything from the sweeter elements like toffee, chocolate, roasted nuts to the more alcohol-prone side of the spirits. Supposedly, it's made with tea but I can't find any tea flavours in this.
M: It's perfectly balanced as this is where this beer gets to be better than your average RIS - it's dense but not too heavy - you can drink this alone without thinking it's too much. Medium high sweetness, medium low bitterness.
O: Overall, it's probably one of the best milk stouts I've ever had. Not that I've had that many but barrel aging it gives it a totally different depth that provides a richer experience.
