"Something between a lager and an IPA".
IPL is a light lager, which combines the pleasant citrus aroma of Citra hops with a bitter, sharp taste. Thanks to this combination, the beer is very fresh and drinkable. It will not offend die-hard lager fans or ale lovers.

Copenhagen 23/11 2025. 50 cl can from DrikBeer web-shop. Table white can with a crude drawing of what might be a North American native or a hippie.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as a frothy and lumpy layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet and malty odor mingling with zesty and citric fumes. Sweet pale malts, caramel and bread. Grapefruit and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit citric. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
A fine combination of citrus fruit and sweet lager.
