Poured from 500mL can into a wine glass. Best by 12/18/26.
Appearance: medium golden-yello whue with a moderate haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: moderately sweet with a rather pineapple-forward scent, along with a kind of flat yeastiness. Not bad, but not the best out there.
Taste: a bit pineapple-ey, like the aroma, with some citrus rind as well. There's a kind of a sharpness to this one that I used to detect a lot in Central European IPAs. Is it Citra? Not sure. Not my favorite hazy IPA, but it's not gross or anything.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: ok, so it has some flavor elements that aren't my favorite, but the overall picture isn't too bad. People less bothered by that sharpness may like this one quite a bit more than I.
