Some fizz in the mouthfeel along with the turbid feel of the murk. A faint lime peel aroma. Tastes of pale malt and there's a lemony note. Just a hint of sweetness. A touch of avocado, egg bread, and unripe melon.
Brambly, astringent aftertaste, though not very bitter. There's a faint sourish note, a little beyond tangy. I suppose I should give this the benefit of the doubt; it may not be very fresh, but the date stamp is unclear. From the 16 oz can purchased at Barons Market on West Point Loma.
