On tap at Pine Island Tap House in Pine Island, NY.
This one pours a just slightly hazy golden orange, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells pretty grapefruity, with a touch of pine, and just a hint of malty sweetness.
This is a pretty classic take on a West Coast-ish IPA, with a healthy but soft bitterness, lots of grapefruit, some orange, and a light but supportive malt backbone.
This is crisp, clean, and pretty drinkable, with some healthy but not overwhelming bitterness on the back end.
It’s pretty nice to still a classic West Coast IPA every once in a while. I know very little about this brewery, but I enjoyed this one.
