Picked up a 0,33L swing-top bottle dated best by 09.04.24 from the local Edeka during a weekly trip. Back label mentions "Bottich-Gärung" which I've translated to "Vat Fermented." One of the breweries they're recently stocking and I'm happy to try anything from them. This is extremely refreshing and drinkable, lovely for a Festbier. Floral, bright, fresh, grassy, crisp, and even a bit spicy...just delicious. Wish it was sold in a larger bottle, this is great.
