A lively sparkling wheat beer, which is added with seven grams of fine-pearl carbon dioxide. As golden yellow and crystal clear as the name promises. Brewed with light wheat and barley malt and the hop variety Tettnanger Perle. After the main fermentation in the open vat, fresh wort and yeast are added again, which then completes the beer in the closed tank. A refreshingly sparkling drinking pleasure.
