The Berger Christmas beer is a finely composed treat from four malts: light barley and roasted malt as well as light and dark caramel malt. These were dried for a long time at higher temperatures. The slow mashing process and the double maturation result in a strong fest beer with balanced malt and hop aromas. The wonderful seasonal beer goes perfectly with the delicacies on Christmas days.
