Light yellow colour, slightly iridescent. Very abundant, white, persistent foam, only slightly paints on the glass.
Aroma: hoppy, citrusy with floral notes and a hint of, I know this will sound strange, liquorice and tobacco.
The taste is decidedly sweet, but with a distinct bitterness in the counterbalance. Thanks to it, the sweetness is not oppressive, it is subdued.
Medium saturation upwards. Full body. Texture smooth. Aftertaste long, sweet with a dry background.
