500 ml.bottle. HAzy dark golden clolur, head disapperas quickly, leaving a ring all the way through. Usual aroma for the style, bananas, cloves, coriander, though I think it smells a bit roasted. Too light body, palate is more of the same, cloves, coriander and motly bananas. refreshing, but far from the best weissbiers.

Purchased from Unicorn Grocery Manchester 20/1/12.
50cl bottle poured into a classic tall weizen glass.
Typical hazy golden appearance, effervent carbonation.
Impressive firm white mousse for a head, relaxes into smooth mounds of foam.
Not a pungent aroma, mainly catch yeast with a hint of lactic acid.
Certainly not in your face but when tasted theres a distinct sweet and sour balance, bananas come through, mixed with a little clove and sweet malt, cut with lactic sourness, the carbonation adds zing. Very moreish and refreshing.

This is an organic weizen...I chose hefe weizen as the style, as the bottle tells me all sorts of good things like: mit feiner hefe, hefetrüb, etc. Poured it into a tall wheatbeer glass, I ended up with a beer that was dark golden and cloudy, looking a bit like apple cider. That was followed up with a tall head of frothy foam that lasted through-out the beer. I picked up an applely aroma as well. Taste was actually pretty mild, not the most wheat beer like of beers. I thought it had a nice, soft medium mouthfeel. Some metallic notes picked up in the aftertaste.
