L- Pale yellow, clear, pours with 3mm white head.
S- Subtle, just some mild graininess.
T- It's dry, followed briefly by a toasty slightly fruity flavour.
F- Dry crisp and refreshing. It comes over a a milder beer, say perhaps 3.8-4%, I find nothing to suggest the 5.0% that it is labelled as.
O- There is nothing notably wrong with this beer, but there really is nothing memorable or distinctive about it either. Ie I'd have no reason to buy it again.
Bought from Planet Organic London W2 £2.99/500ml bottle. BB 17/10/19
The lable is much simpler than that featured above, just black and gold text with a signature in red; no graphics.

Golden with a fair white head, not really much to say here. Lemony and fresh aroma with some tinny notes, as well as hints of parsley and dandelion - but no trace of malt. Vaguely floral with a standard mix of honey, fruit juice, sour grain, and lemon. It's all very by the book, and while there are no off flavors or any real detractions here, but nothing to make it stand out, either. A decent organic lager - nothing more, nothing less.

Contract brewed for and labeled under a British Organic Wine specialist company, Vintage Roots. BB 09/11/06. Served chilled in a half-pint, slim lager glass.
A: pale yellowish colour, with a fluffy white beer head egg-sheel cracking fast and settles into the beer; very gassy with large bubbles ejecting fiercely from the bottom of the glass.
S: ashy/resinous and grassy at the same time, plenty of hops upfront but mild in strength and intensity, against a bready maltiness with a sweetish tinge. Simple, not too bad.
T: very light and grainy maltiness hits the palate, followed by a grassy, bitter-ish second layer of flavour at the back; some lemon-grass sweetish spicy hint on top of the mildly bitter edge of toasted malts at the back, but the overall flavour is still dominated by lightly sweetish grainy/corn-ish maltiness. An unwanted sticky mouthfeel stays in the end.
M&D: lively yet surprisingly soft in body, contrary to the gassy appearance. But overall the noble hop entry is insufficient to make this a balanced lager, while the lighter-than-necessary body does nothing to salvage the lack of flavour... On balance, an average lager it is.
