Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a pint glass.
Clear, deep gold colored body. One finger of white head, which turns into a bubbly cap. Leaves behind interrupted lacing sheets.
Aroma of citrus hops and pine.
Taste has a base of sweet malt, with hop flavors of orange, grapefruit, and pine. Medium bitterness. All flavors continue in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Crisp and clean finish. Very good carbonation.
Fits for the West Coast IPA style with body clarity, crisp hop citrus and pine flavors, sweet malt base, and a good point of bitterness.
