This is the way an Amber/Red beer should taste. Pours a nice amber color with a medium head. Aroma is roasted malt and grains with just the right amount of hops so as not to be too bitter. This is one of my top 5 favorite Amber beers I've tasted. Rated 2-11-2024

16oz can at Here's How. Clear amber pour, small cap of off-white foamy head. Aroma is toast, toffee and malty . Taste is light sweetness, malty, dark bread with an abrupt finish.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a medium golden amber with a fine, three finger white head with great retention and solid lacing; looks nice. Aroma of pilsner malt with a grainy character, grassy hops and graham cracker. Flavor is biscuit malt, grassy hops, whole grain, graham cracker; mildly sweet whole grain bready finish. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. A solid Vienna style lager with classic malt and noble hops and the expected slight sweetness in the taste. Somewhat reminiscent of Marzen but with a lighter sweetness and more grain. Hits all the character of the style; full flavor and pleasant finish. Quite drinkable and well brewed. I'll be watching this brewery.
