Look: Pours a cloudy medium orange with copper tones and forms a lovely white head that tops out and slowly settles, leaving great lacing behind
Aroma: Cereal grains, light floral hop notes, freshly baked bread, raw dough, warm biscuits, and wafts of pilsner malt
Taste: Follows the nose well. Starts with some steeped cereal grains before turning to a straight up bread bomb with loads of warm bread, crust, dough, and biscuits all in play. Floral hops float around and interject from time to time before closing with some pilsner malt, more bread, and yeast
Mouthfeel: Full, clean, medium-high carbonation, an clean and crisp, but also soft on the finish
Overall: I dig it. I love Kellerbiers but rarely see stateside examples so though it was cool that these folks dove in on one and it’s a good one. A nice, full-flavored lager with a good body is the best way I can describe this and the style in general as I feel you have to try one to really ‘get’ it. My second beer from these folks and another winner. Recommended

Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug.
Appearance: rich golden hue with a moderate haze and a good finger of frothy ivory foam.
Smell: a little bit of sweetness with a hint of toasty aroma and plenty of yeastiness. What I expect from a kellerbier!
Taste: malty, toasty, creamy, and yeasty. Maybe a hint on the toasty side for me, but really, this is a solid kellerbier.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and a nice smooth creaminess. Good!
Overall: a totally solid kellerbier. Maybe not 100% my taste, quite, but it's a quality beer and I'm enjoying it.
