have not had much beer from these guys at all, but this one makes me want to get to know them better, one of the best all day lagers ive had in a long time, my favorite beer i think from the first day of tree fort, and i believe an exclusive for this event, great curated list at the ale fort part this year, very cool! this really hit me, and my wife, we loved it! old world authenticity, wicked attention to detail and overall quality, simple ingredients balanced up really well, very fresh, could have drank this one all night long, wish i did, maybe tonight! czech pale lager, hoppy but balanced, a little tight in the nose when its ice cold but european grain and lager yeast apparent, very tidy, nice minerality and overall water chemistry here, high intentionality, pils-like bready and crackery character, but dry and clean too, herbal on the hop side, bright but not super bitter actually, doesnt make this big or anything, its still so quick and quenching, really for me its the quality and complete spectrum grain profile, almost like this was decocted, and the professional and obviously patient lagering that makes this, the texture is as good as the flavor, and it seems a shame that this could be so epic and only be a one off, like they should consider this as a full time packaged beer, its as good as it gets in the style, is good enough to have come from europe, is infinitely drinkable, i mean like truly limitless, the low alcohol is choice, its frothy and active and clean, borderline profoundly good even. stoked on this, dont miss it at tree fort this weekend, who knows if you will ever get another chance!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
