Look: Hazy yellow in color with a dense, white head that settles and retains nicely

Aroma: Wheat bread, wheat malt, and banana and clove phenolics

Taste: Starts out with a citrusy punch that is good, albeit unexpected, before wheat rolls in and unpacks. Wheat bread continues to dominate and develop, along with hints of lemon through the close

Mouthfeel: Full, clean, medium-high carbonation, and smooth on the finish

Overall: Good stuff here. A solid Hefeweizen that is unique with its citrus note – almost like the old move of putting a lemon into a poured beer, only here it exists here without any fruit addition (as far as I know). Worth checking out on a hot day for sure
