A rare sour beer to come out of Duncan’s, and an odd one at that. This is a dessert-style sour brewed with vanilla and lactose sugar to give a slight sweetness to the delicious tartness of raspberries.

I purchased this from Purvis Beer in December 2023 and drank it on Christmas day while on BBQ duties, so attention, and hence notes on the beer, were limited...
L: Murky, rose-coloured, creamy white head.
S: Raspberry and vanilla. Absolutely on point for what it is.
T: Very smooth ice cream-like, raspberry and vanilla. Extremely nice and easygoing.
M: Very smooth and luxurious.
O: Bloody nice, but it definitely didn't get the attention it deserved because I was cooking the Christmas BBQ!
