Visited this place the other day after Troegs was totally jammed up with no parking. This used to be MountGretna Craft Brewery and has been open about 1 week upon our visit.
there is also a coffee spot here and that is the dominant aroma as we get out of the car and walk towards the building. Pretty good amount of parking right next to the building.
Walking in the brewery equipment is directly to the right behind some glass. A large C shaped bar with about 20 chairs is on the wall and then there are several table chair combos in middle of room and some small booths on opposite wall. Some of the chairs have what appear to be deerskin pelts on their backs, which I find an interesting choice. None of these at the bar.
We sit at the bar and grab some beers, there were 15 or so available. A range of IPAs and fruited with a mix of more traditional lagers and stouts. I went with the honey oat lager for first draft, came in a dimple mug and is golden and does have some sweetness to it. My buddy did the the Bluebreaker Cream ale and thought it was a pretty tasty easy to drink beer. Second round was Marzen (FTIG Lager) which is fort indiantown gap. Bartender was friendly, but I ordered the FTIG lager as the "marzen" and he didnt know what I was referring too. Could just be a new staff kinda thing, but it caught my attention.
Beers are available in flights and can be bought to go as well.
No food on this visit, but menu looked pub grub like and seemed tasty from descriptions. But we werent eating.
Im glad we checked this place out and hope they succeed in this location. Beers were pretty solid and there was a god variety to choose from.
