Bakes Brewing Company

This is an impressive facility with two large indoor rooms with bars, and a nice outdoor seating area with a fire pit. There is also abundant parking. The brewery is located in a fairly residential area on Route 71. It is close to Belmar so I suspect it is mobbed during the summer season. They clearly spent considerable money in fitting out the space, which has a feel between industrial and an expensive spa. It is clean, bright, and airy. When I visited the crowd appeared to be locals. The staff was friendly and talkative. There are lots of cans and swag for sale. The beer itself is very good. Bakes Brewing is located about 10 minutes east of the Garden State Parkway and is more convenient than I anticipated. I look forward to visiting when I can.

Much bigger inside than I thought it would be. A few different rooms, decorated nicely. TV in the back bar area. Also room for indoor cornhole. Plus an outside patio area, with a little fire pit. Really enjoyed the beers that I had. Bought a few different ones in cans. Will definitely add this place to my Kane trips.
