My last beer had at the brewery on a Christmas Eve. Poured from draft into a half pint glass. Golden yellow color with great fluffy head an curtain lacing. Crisp, clean smell and taste. Bit of caramel and I would say caraway. Nice bitter finish with a real spicy bite. Would be great with spicy food. A good session beer.
