Picked up a single can at HEB to try it out. Wish I had bought an entire 6-pack! Excellent, well-balanced, and unique beer! The label has it listed as a honey rye IPA. There is some resin/hop bitterness, but only just enough to counterbalance the sweetness from the honey. Also has a bit of a chili bite from the hot honey that synergizes nicely with the rye spice. The bulk of the beer is malty backbone with a bit of candied sugar, similar to a Belgian Tripel. Never felt cloying, and has a slightly sticky mouthfeel (in a good way). Truly a unique creation!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
