Jungle years is the newest addition to Hopsala Brewery's portfolio. It's hazy, soft and tropical profile slots perfectly within the typical New England IPA style.
With the mainstay Citra and Mosaic hops you get your classic notes of citrus and passion fruit. Combined with an added flourish of Huell Melon hops, we wanted to add something that set us apart; melon and strawberries.

Pours a semi clear amber with massive, soapy head.
Smell is fruity, sweet and a bit dank. Notes of melon, mango and citrus. A bit earthy and muddled.
Taste is fruity, herbal, earthy and boozy. A bit dank with notes of melon and citrus. Soft bitterness. Muddled and unclear.
Mouthfeel is medium and a bit over carbonated.
Overall, a messy attempt at a NE IPA that misses on most levels.
