A palavra tribuzana tem sua origem no termo da língua portuguesa “trabuzana”, o que significa tempestade violenta, temporal, tormenta. Porém, os manezinhos da ilha, com seu dicionário próprio (o manezês) e jeito particular de falar, batizaram esse fenômeno da natureza de "tribuzana", representando as grandes tempestades, normalmente acompanhadas de "vento súli", quando também se costuma dizer que "está caindo um cacau".

Dark brown color with red lights and a thick beige head.
Aroma with notes of cocoa and roasted malts.
Flavor with notes of coffee, pine, cola, citrus, dark fruits and cocoa. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Flavorful Black IPA with lost of cocoa and coffee notes backed by a good deal of fresh hops as expected for the style.
