12oz can, 28/4/25 expiration
Pours a finger of white head. Retention is average. Lacing is void. Body is pale yellow, crystal clear. Looks meh.
Nose is full of white pepper, some lemon zest, maybe a touch of coriander. Very nice.
Flavor is great. Big coriander, some pepper, and a little bit of smooth oats.
Carbonation is on the higher side. Relatively light bodied. Has a perceived sweetness, but finishes dry. Bitterness is low but present. Solid mouthfeel.
Very drinkable.
Overall really nice and very flavorful.

33 cl can (€3.33 directly at the brewery).
It's a Blanche flavoured not only with coriander, but also with pink pepper, lemon and orange peel
As soon as it is poured it releases the scent of coriander intersected with lemon.
It produces little foam and has a poor consistency.
Veiled straw yellow colour.
Very fragrant.
In the mouth, beer flows on a very light body aided by wheat and oats which also give it a light silkiness.
The taste is very well balanced with coriander being the first scent to be felt, followed by an almost "Asian" spiciness of pink pepper, before a dry, clean, not bitter but aromatic citrus finish.
Tasting it you can also clearly taste a little lemon juice which combines well with the spicy hints of pink pepper, always with the coriander in the background.
Beer that is drunk with extreme simplicity, but which truly leaves a pleasant, as well as dissenting, taste with every sip: great balance between all tastes. Too bad the lack of carbonation.
