FEBRUARY 2024. 33 cl can (€3.60).
It is a 5% GLUTEN FREE Pacific Pale Ale.
Light golden colour, very clean and almost completely transparent (I read it uses Pils and Pale malts).
Tropical and ripe citrus aromas.
The foam is minimal and of poor consistency.
In the mouth, a beer with a very light body not supported by lively carbonation (far from it).
Citrus flavors are found (pink grapefruit, ripe orange) with tropical nuances on the finish (pineapple, passion fruit).
It is not a bitter beer, but a dry one.
Light in everything: in the smoothness and intensity of the taste.
Greater carbonation would certainly have helped to convey greater freshness, but it is still a tasty beer.
