Clear amber brew with fine-grained white foam in the St. Bernardus globe. This is one of the most aromatic beers I've sampled in a long time. The first (and fourth) sip seems kind of bitter but the vivid fruity aromatics grow and grow. The hops are Simcoe and Amarillo. Dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic.
Aromas of tangerine and pineapple with a papaya nose. Tastes of green melon, mango, and pine cut like a light sabre through the tongue. Fairly sweet but well-balanced with the near-overdose of hops. Overall this is intensely bitter but also endlessly fruity. It plays to win. From the 16 oz can purchased from the brewery restaurant.

This one is unique. Like, it’s hella West Coast like Ice Cube and the Good Year blimp, but then there is this massive and interesting undertow like Liam Hamilton shooting the Huntington Beach pier.
Yeah, it’s super bitter with West Coast hops, but then there is massive malt on the aftertaste in which I’ve never seen before in a West Coast beer. This bad boy is nice and potent like AC Slater doing a pull up.
