Clear golden pale amber brew with a tall pile of foam in the Faust Weizen glass. The hops are evident in the finish, if not so bold. This is described as an "Italian Style" dry-hopped Pilsner with Zuper Saazer, Pahto, and GR Ariana hops. I see that I really liked the The Bachelorette with Zuper Saazer from Societe Brewing.
Aromas of bread and straw with a pleasing green leafy note. Delightful roasted malt taste with a little caramel. Some resiny flavor along with straw and alfalfa. The hops are really interesting and fragrant along with the malty taste, but not overdone.
Overall this is mellow with a pleasant malty taste, rather than the harsher hoppiness of many Pilsners. Totally quaffable but with plenty of flavor. I would urge anyone interested in the future of lighter beers to try this one. From the 32 oz crowler purchased at the brewpub next to I-5.
