Lovely clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the big snifter. Pleasantly sweet with malt. The aromatics are tremendous with a distinct coconut note. Really unusual hop flavors with green melon, peach, citrus peel, and even a peppery finish. Some welcome bitterness along with cedar in the aftertaste.
Well balanced, highly drinkable, and full of complex flavors. The Sabro hop is from Yakima Chief, with the native Neomexicanus in the pedigree, and does so well as a single hop brew. Another excellent beer to give you a reason to check this brewery out. They have made 32 oz crowlers available for pickup during the recent unpleasantness. From the big can purchased at their restaurant/taproom.
