Clear golden amber brew with plenty of white foam in the Saxo tulip. Richly aromatic with fruit and a whiff of pine. Deeply fruity flavors of papaya, mango, and bitter orange peel. Bitterness is moderate for all the hops. Clean and clear taste with just modest acidity.
This is a collaboration with Orange County Brewers Guild. Hops are listed as Amarillo, Citra, and the HS-1228 hop blend. Overall, a huge but well-mannered hoppy brew, but one to sip carefully. From the 16 oz can purchased at the GameCraft brewpub.
