Lots of foam on the golden brew poured into the GameCraft anniversary Pilsner glass. Inviting aroma of hay and pine. Light body with a spritzy mouthfeel. Malty at first sip with biscuity taste. Pleasant resiny edge to the hoppy finish. Just a modest but distinct bitterness in the aftertaste. Long-lasting foam, a tongue-tickling tang, and clean flavors make for a highly quaffable brew. Overall it's another excellent Lager beer from an odd corner of Orange County. From the 32 oz crowler can filled at the brewery tap.
