Crystal clear light golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the Chimay chalice. Inviting fragrance of lime, fresh hay, and a whiff of orange blossom. Sudsy and lively on the tongue with a rather light body. A nice touch of malty sweetness, but sharp and bright finish. Warm and fruity in the nicest way with a distinct bitter aftertaste. Seriously hoppy, but done well. From the 16 oz can purchased at the brewery bar. No date.
