Clear golden amber brew with lots of foam in the Leute Bokbier glass. Aromatic with citrus peel and cereal. It is on the sweet side as usual for a Maibock but with a clean and crisp finish. Tastes of pear, orange peel, and a touch of ripe cantaloupe with a little bitterness in the aftertaste. Fruity, spicy, and tangy but not overly sweet-- the winning combination! Overall this is an excellent example of the Bock style. From the 32 oz crowler can filled at the brewery restaurant.
