Soft opened late October 2023 maybe 3 months ago. It's a sprawling place, loud & lively on a Saturday evening. JB like! Friendly beertenders, one of whom edgamacated me on the word 'epigram', which I'd never heard. (It's a witty or ironic statement, maybe clever.)
Started with a flight - Pilsner, Kolsch, West Coast IPA & flagship Temptation NEIPA. All were tasty. They are heavily into their NEIPAs here, but temper it with 4 lagers, a porter, and 2 sours. Personal unscientific observation: Chicks dig the sours. 'Unravaled NEIPA' was next and I loved it an got another. That and 'Mamaluke Italian Pilsner' were my favorites.
