Venture along the banks of the Barwon River and on the eastern edge of the Barrabool Hills, you will discover the beloved Geelong suburb of Highton. Set on rolling hills, with scenic views over Geelong and Corio Bay. Mt Pleasant Rd calls those who journey to Highton.
Using Pilsner Malt and a combination of traditional and new world hops, the Highton Hills Pils is crisp and refreshing. With a hint of spice, rose petal and packed with a punch of pink grapefruit, this is the sessionable beer that will leave you wanting more.

I drank this one fresh at the source back in November 2025.
L: Freshly poured, the beer is crystal clear and straw coloured, with a thin, bright white head. Medium-sized bubbles lazily work their way up the glass.
S: As per the style, it's very clean, with sweet crackery malt.
T: This one is very close to spot on: a nice touch of floral and citrus bitterness, an ultra-clean malt base, and a slight, pleasant sweetness. A dry finish with slightly lingering bitterness.
M: The body of the beer is smooth, with sharp carbonation and a carbonic kick on the swallow. Just prickly enough to stop me from guzzling it all in one long pull.
O: This is an excellent pilsner that I had to force myself to drink slowly.
Cheers!
