Cavalier is one of our 2023 winter beers named after the classic Christmas ballet "The Nutcracker."
Cavalier is a clean and zippy pilsner with layered additions of some of our favorite German hops. Foamy, clean and crushable.

Pours a hazy light yellow with fine, soapy head.
Smell is crisp, crackery and a bit fruity. Notes of Saltines, citrus and wheat dough with a slight tart hint.
Taste is crisp, fruity and a bit tart. Notes of crackers, wheat ough, citrus and some knäckebröd. Moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a well made, drinkable lager. Maybe a bit too fruity.
