draft pour into taller pilsner glass. clear straw gold with a slight chill haze and a little over a finger of white foam head. malty on the nose with a kind of off putting earthy aroma. a little distracting but the taste makes up for it. herbal, earthy and malty. medium-full mouthfeel with a crisp carbonation and fairly clean finish. not a bad lager by any means but the nose lowered the score for me a tad.
