Brewed using a temperature step mash with 100% pilsner malt and German noble hops. Tightly balanced, floral, herbal and peppery with light notes of citrus.

Clear light yellow gold. Nice bready malt and light peppery Noble hop aroma and flavor. Nicely balanced with perfect malt/hop character. Light bodied, crisp, clean and refreshing.
