Brewed using 100% Czech floor malted barley with a double decoction mash process adding a complex malt character and hopped with Saaz, Kazbek and Ceilia. This beer brings a balanced sweetness with aromas of herbal spice and bread dough

Had on tap. Crystal clear golden body with a huge white head leaving spotted lacing. Smells grainy with nice czech maltwork but the yeast and hops are cutting. This ended up being not as aggressive in the taste, but make no mistake the grassy hops are leaders in the taste, grainy yeast, and dough overpower the malt character, simple. Feel is thinner, only slightly grain, and the end is not clean with a clunky graininess for the style, plus slight off-toned phenols as it warms

On draft at Blue Jay. Poured out a clear, golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of bready malt, toffee and caramel. Sweet caramel and toffee taste with a malty finish. Mild bitterness.
