Light amber colour, clear. White foam, medium-high, with moderately long reduction time.
In the aroma, light malt notes, further fruity notes (apples, melon, red plums), yeasty, pleasant floral accents - mainly rose, there is bubble gum and a hint of alcohol in the background. The overall flavour is pleasant and quite consistent, but, not a typical Tripel flavour.
The taste is sweet malty and fruity with a dry, herbal finish. The bitterness picks up in intensity over time, eventually coating the taste buds entirely.
Alcohol gently present in the aroma. Medium saturation upwards. Texture slightly rough. Body medium. Aftertaste initially sweet, then decidedly bitter, herbal.
