Didn't feel like having water with lunch so I took a spin down to the corner store. I sort of expected this to be the Polish Bud or Miller and I was right, more so like Miller. Light orange in hue and had a white head that was gone in a blink. Almost no lacing and not many bubbles. A slightly skunky waft reached my stuffy nose as I took a swig. Has a mild musty metallic taste with a dry mild hop finish. maybe I'll try another when my allergies subside but not bad overall as a bbq chicken beer.

Tried a bottle at the Polish Festival in Baltimore over the weekend. They poured the bottle into a plastic cup. Mild (good) Euro-lager smell; tasted very fresh (imported for the festival?). Color is golden to light brown; taste was more "lager" than "pilsner," with a good mix of malt & hops in the flavor. Refreshing mouthful, a bit more body than most; with nice carbonation. As it warmed in the cup (hot day), it still tasted great. I'd like to be able to find it again!!

Interesting Polish beer. Malty and grassy smell, pretty fresh overall. Brown bottle saved it! Soft on the palate, a yellow fizzy color when poured with a white head. Not a very big head at that. Some smoothness, malt flavor and a good amount of hops backing it up. On a hot day not a very bad brew at all.

On the pour a sparkling translucent gold color with an intermediate sized bright white head that is creamy in its consistency as it declines the lace forms a fine concealing sheet upon the glass. The aroma of orange peels and sweet malt, fresh and crisp, clean pops into mind as I snaffle this beer. Sweet start, but not overly so and the top skimpy in feel, to light for me as I like a firmer feel which leads to the finish that is bitingly acidic, fair hop spicy bite and a quite dry aftertaste that lingers on, a drinkable "Pilsner", which is a rarity at least where Im concerned

EB Beer: light Euro lager, with pleasant euro-lager aroma and appearance. Had it in a half liter brown bottle, and it did not have the light struck character of so many euro-beers. Actually, it had a very nice hint of spice/hops that made this beer one I’d pick up again and again ($1.25 a bottle).
