Pale Ale - 6.2% ABV, 40 IBU.
This is a standard pale ale that gets its name from the use of Lemon Drop hops and the old fashioned Lemon Drop candy used in the brewing process.

Had Lemon Drop Pale Ale at the new Happy Hippie taproom, Richardson, Texas, on draft into slender nonic pint.
Pours light lemon-gold with 1/2-finger creamy off-white head, which soon drops to a persistent partial film, leaving sketchy lace down the glass. A little citrus, floral, and some mild caramel malt aromas off pour, then growing sweet stone fruit as warms. On tasting, begins very (stone) fruity, then a smooth, subtly-carbonated body, and a sweet back end, leading into a nicely crisp finish.
American citrus added to an otherwise classicly understated English pale ale.
