Pours a dark ruby with soft, tan head.
Smell is malty and a bit roasted with notes of caramel, citrus, pine, fudge and black tea.
Taste is malty, sweet and bit roasted with moderate bitterness. A bit fruit with notes of caramel, pine, citrus, tea, peach and fudge.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice black IPA, leaning to the IPA side.
