From the half liter bottle, it pours a clear light yellow color with a nice white head that lasts and leaves some spotty lacing. The nose gets some sweetish grass, followed by the mouth getting a lightly malty, slightly spicy, brew that goes down really easily.

Another one from a haul of beers purchased in Bad Mergentheim. In general I prefer Helles over Pils, but for this brewery it's pretty hard to pick a winner. I think their Edel-Pils might actually be slightly better and more flavorful. Still a really enjoyable offering in this style though, and glad to add it to the list.
