"Yamakami" is a fresh hopped Japanese lager created in a collaboration between Canadian brewery Curious Creatures Beer Corp. and Japanese brewery Flora Fermentation. The beer features locally grown, fresh Cashmere hops and is described as having lime and red berry notes, a balanced bitterness, and a very dry finish.
