Standalone building. Street parking. Main nterior space has a high off-white colored ceiling with exposed ductwork, off-white painted walls, and a concrete floor. Windows along the street side. Covered patio out back, plus an event space. Long bar with heavy highchairs. Other seating at booths and low tables. Alpine Chalet decor. TVs above the bar. Other screens display drink and food menus. View of brewing equipment through glass at the right side of the room. Twenty five taps, with several Belgian styles and standard styles. I stopped here to have dinner and to try their beers. The brewery is located along a busy street that appears to be newly-developed. It's a large building with parking at the side and rear. An open patio is located at the front, and there is a tall masonry wall between it and the busy street (protection or noise blocker?). The interior is mostly a large open space with community tables, although some smaller tables are around the perimeter. The bar space is to the right of the front door. There is seating at the bar as well as a number of small tables along the front window wall. The brewing equipment is visible thru windows at the far end of the barroom. Ordering of beer and food is done at the host table inside the door. Beer is picked up at the host table, and food is picked up at a table in front of the kitchen, which is to the rear of the large space. Some skis, a toboggan, metal sculptures of evergreens, etc. are hung on the walls to give a bit of a skiing motif. Several TVs were also present. I don't like large open spaces, so I'm going a bit light on my Vibe rating. Receiving my beer and food was prompt after ordering.
There were 23 beers and one cider on tap, and it is a varied selection. I ordered a sampler flight of 4 beers to try to arrive at an overall evaluation of their beers. Not a fair way to evaluate 23 beers, but I wasn't up to drinking much that night. Each of the 4 beers was brewed to style, but none were notable to mention here. There were other beers that I would have liked to try, but not this day.I saw a few bottles of spirits, so limited cocktails must be available.
I'm reluctant to rate the food that I ordered because it was a.bland, but I think my cold was affecting my taste buds. The menu had a nice variety, and I'm going to go out on a limb and rate the food as pretty good based on the menu.

this place is happening, wow! enormous standalone warehouse sized facility that didnt have an empty seat in it when we popped through on a saturday evening, straight up mobbed. not usually the vibe i crave for my beer sessions, but its good to see them doing so well! cool spot, huge, but cool. you enter in the center of the place facing the road, to the right is a really long bar area with cool neon lit wood decor, small tables and windows behind it, a little narrow especially with all the people, but a good setup, looks like garage doors can turn this into a rad and expansive patio pretty easily when the weather permits, the brew house is back there to the right as well. to the left its like a cafeteria mess hall, with beer hall style seating, everyone crushing pizza, a hard working kitchen in the back, way too many kids, and just chaos. not poorly run, just super busy, the pizza looked solid too, but we didnt dare get in that mix. the beer list was downright impressive, tons of stuff happening including a fun series of saisons using different yeasts, the one i had was real well done, and interesting for a clean one too, we also dug the german pils, but after two beers it was time to boogie, too loud and no chill to be found. the service was underwhelming, but it was busy, so i give them a pass this time and will pick a different day and time to visit next time, but the beer seems modern and thoughtful, and the pizza had me hungry, so we will be back for sure. significant new player on the scene here, both in terms of size and quality, looking forward to seeing what the do from here, but all signs point to this place is killing it! hope to hit it in summer next time when the outside area can diffuse the business and the noise...
