We collaborated with our good friends at West Sixth to bring you a sip of pure relaxation. Salotto, an Italian Pilsner, was brewed with our house Pilsner malt, hopped with Perle and Spalter in the kettle and dry hopped with Saphir and Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Elegantly balanced by floral, herbal, and gentle citrusy notes. Perfect for kicking back & lounging with friends
