Golden color, slightly hazy. Beautiful white head, not too much, but quite good.
The smell is hoppy, quite fresh and grassy. But even malty notes.
Maybe just a bit more hoppy than the standard Elzacher Pils.
The taste is malty- hoppy, in a good balance, with a touch of yeast, breadcrust, that is quite interesting.
Anyway, quite bitter, even in the overall balance.
Drinkable and pleasant.
