Peach Sour

When we first considered brewing a sour, Jeremy was so upset he insisted we would have to kick him out of the company before he would let that happen. Ignoring him, we went on to brew a sweet and juicy sour with peach flavor and aromas accented by a mix of Aramillo, Simcoe and Citra hops to provide even more floral and fruity notes with minimal bitterness. A kiss of honey malt adds a bit more sweetness followed by a delicate hint of sour tang. After trying it, Jeremy wanted to know if he could buy stock in Two Havens. Even though we never officially kicked him out, we sold him stock anyway. Joke's on him.
