Notes: Original starting gravity of 11.8˚ Plato. Brewed from light barley and Hallertauer Tradition and Tettnanger hops.
Look: Cloudy golden body beneath a dense head of bright white foam. Very good head retention and lacing.
Smell: Grainy and lightly swetish malt backed by soft herbal hops.
Taste: Lightly sweet grainy malt is balanced by grassy and herbal hops and a firm bitterness that leads it to a short lingering dry finish. Nicely rounded and balanced.
Feel: Medium bodied and gently crisp.
Overall: Quite nice, very well balanced, and highly quaffable.
