L: pours a cloudy pale yellow orange with a very thick foamy head and thick fingers of lacing around the glass.
S: The Belgian yeast is strong in this one, lots of lemon, pepper, coriander, some tangy sweetness, smells a little lighter than a usual tripel.
T: Strong Belgian yeast, lemon, pepper, coriander, a slightly tangy sweetness, a medium bitterness, little lighter for a tripel.
F: Bigger body, spritz carb.
O: This is a lighter Tripel that feels brewed to drink at the beach.
